We will ask you about the details and discuss the approximate quotation and delivery date in advance.
Since it is difficult to tell the exact thing without seeing the real thing, the information on the cost at this stage is only tentative.
1. 1. Customers will ship the products
Please mail (prepay) your guitar to the walder Guitar shop (address below). If you have any strings that you normally use when shipping, we request that you enclose one set.
We will adjust each part according to the tension of that string. If you don't have your own strings, we can prepare them for you. (Ernie Ball, D'Addario, Elixir)

2. 2. Telephone contact after receiving the product
We will contact you by email or phone after the guitar arrives at our shop. Please select the method that is convenient for you by email or phone when you contact us by email or phone in advance.
When checking the guitar, we also check other defects and malfunctions free of charge, so we will inform you at the same time. If necessary, we can repair it after making an estimate.
3. 3. Start repair / custom work
Start of work (Delivery time varies depending on the content, but we will report on the delivery time at any time.) Since we are constantly repairing several units, it will take some time to finish the work in a short time. There may be cases. We will start the work after explaining.
4. Notification of work completion & product shipping
After completion, we will contact you by email or phone.

Send an invoice by email after viewing the finish
We will return it as soon as payment is confirmed.
We will ship by Sagawa Express.
(The return shipping fee is 1700 yen for up to 160 sizes, and 2500 yen for Yamato mail for larger sizes.)
